Return Policy
If you receive one of my bows and are not satisfied with it, you can return it within 7 days for a refund.
All sales are final after 7 days.
Please contact me prior to returning a bow.
There is currently a 10% restocking fee on any returned bows.
The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping and insurance costs on returned bows.
If you are returning a bow, it should be fully insured and shipped back to me using the same carrier that I used to ship it to you (which is usually UPS for reliable and timely transport).
I will issue a refund as long as the bow is returned in new condition with no signs of wear or damage.
If the bow happens to get lost or damaged by the carrier during the return shipment, you as the shipper will be responsible for filing and receiving any insurance claims on the lost or damaged package.
At that point, I am not responsible for issuing a refund, but I will gladly assist you with any information or documentation that the carrier might need to pay out on your insurance claim.
